Children, Couples and Families

Care that meets children and teens where they are, and a shared space for partners and families to listen, understand and reconnect.

Child & Adolescent Therapy

Support that helps young people feel understood. Developmentally responsive therapy for emotional, behavioral, relational, school, and trauma-related concerns.

Caregivers are included when clinically appropriate, with attention to a young person's privacy, safety and growing independence.

We work with children from birth through age 17, and with adults 18 and older.

Therapy for the Whole Family

Children develop within relationships, so caregivers are often important partners in care, from goal-setting to practicing skills at home.

The clinician explains confidentiality and its limits in clear, age-appropriate language.

Parenting Support

Parenting support can help caregivers understand behavior, strengthen connection, respond more consistently, and practice strategies that support a child's emotional and behavioral development.

Peer Support Groups

Being around others who get it can matter as much as anything said in an individual session. Our peer support groups bring children and teens together with others who share similar experiences, for connection, encouragement and a reminder that they're not alone.

Youth Programs

Confianza Health's youth programs provide safe, engaging and educational experiences for children and teens: mentoring, life-skills development, positive engagement opportunities, weekly group sessions, skill-building workshops, and field trips.

What caregivers may notice: changes in mood, sleep, school performance, friendships or behavior can signal that a young person needs support. One sign alone isn't a diagnosis — a professional conversation can help clarify what's happening.

What young people can expect: therapy isn't a punishment. Sessions may include conversation, creative or play-based activities, skill practice, and work with family, always working toward goals you help set.

Content needed: Current ages served, enrollment steps, and a confirmed program schedule.
