Crisis Support
If you are in crisis, call or text 988 any time, day or night. In an emergency, call 911.
Learning Resources
Understanding Therapy — a collaborative process that can help you understand patterns, work through difficult experiences, strengthen coping, and build healthier responses, at your own pace.
Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) — potentially traumatic events in childhood, such as abuse, neglect, or household substance use or mental health concerns. An ACE score is not a diagnosis; it's one piece of information in understanding experiences and support needs.
Trauma and Recovery — trauma can affect emotions, beliefs, relationships, behavior, concentration, sleep and physical responses. Recovery is personal, and may involve safety, supportive relationships, coping skills and access to appropriate care.
Parenting and Child Development — children communicate needs through words, behavior, emotions and relationships. Caregivers can support development with safety, consistent routines, listening, naming emotions, and repair after conflict.
Relationships and Communication — healthy communication includes listening, expressing needs clearly, showing respect, setting boundaries, and making room for repair.
