Confianza Health is a minority owned and operated outpatient behavioral health agency started in 2018. Our mission is to provide quality psychological and behavioral health services to low-income members dealing with the effects of trauma. Our trauma informed care approach both honors and validates the difficulties our members face on a daily basis and begins the process of healing.

Our therapeutic program provides structured therapy services used to address underlying psychological issues caused by trauma. These psychological problems are at the heart of many of the issues our community faces that range from general mental health issues to substance abuse.

We accomplish this by providing several evidence-based programs and services to our community. We start by addressing the maladaptive behaviors, functioning and interactions between family members and supports. This is done by administering effective parenting programs which address key parenting issues directly relating to the emotional wellness of their loved ones. We also provide behavioral skill programs for children and adolescents that validate, and changes maladaptive behavioral responses engrained by years of neglect and abuse. These programs in conjunction with the therapeutic attention we provide to individuals and families have shown to be an effective mode of change.
